The first one shows all images in the instance window or in full screen mode. The second mode is without the frame, so you can enjoy to all photos without being disturbed by other things. Using the Browser, you can manage all images that you have stored on your PC. You can crop, rotate, resize, flip, mirror, adjust all of them, but that is not all.
